I love these, but the heel is higher than it looks. They are also VERY heavy! I’m 5’6” and 145 lbs, and in good shape. In the parking garage at work, I fell going down the stairs!! My feet were dragging behind me, scraping my legs and boots down 8 steps. I was falling chest first. The only way I slowed myself down was to jam my hand and thumb inside one of the brackets that hold the railing. I could not pick up my feet - and I have strong legs! I use the same stairs everyday and have never had any problem. But this day was horrible. I don’t think I’ll wear them ever again!
