Love these boots so much that I ordered them in black after purchasing the burgundy rust pair. For boots with this kind of height they are incredibly easy to walk in and walk in comfortably.I wish the footbed was a bit more padded at the ball, however. I wore them to work (I work front desk at an auto repair shop but I’m on my feet a moderate amount of time) and by the time I got off work my feet were done lol. I will definitely be putting in an insert at the ball of my foot. The good thing though is there is plenty of room to do so and can tell the boot won’t fit too much tighter.The other thing I’d mention is that I noticed I need to wear thicker socks with these boots because the footbed is a little wide and my foot slips a lot as I walk, combined with the arch it ends up rubbing my pinky toe when I step.Those aspects do not detract at all from how wonderful these boots are. They’re not insanely heavy but they have some weight to them, making them very substantial. They are very well made, high quality boots.Both the black and burgundy rust color are gorgeous and luxe looking. These boots have received a number of compliments.I want them in the grey now too haha.Highly recommend if you’re looking for a platform boot that is on trend and high end looking while still being able to walk comfortably and not feel like you could topple at any moment.
